Chapter Aesthetic Studio Time Slots

Kristie McGivern provides medical aesthetic services such as Botox, fillers, lasers, and medical grade skin care. Services being provided during the event are listed below:

Botox/Xeomin: Toxins that help top paralyze the muscle to help smooth lines and wrinkles and prevent the appearances of new ones.

Botox: Service is 30 minutes at $12 a unit.
Xeomin: Service is 30 minutes at $10 a unit.

Express Hyrdaglow: A medical grade facial that cleanses pores and infuses hydration. Service is 20 minutes at $99.

Send an email to [email protected] with your 1st and 2nd time slot choices for Saturday, May 10th from the times listed below AND which service you would like. You will receive an email back confirming the time slot booked.

9:10 AM - Hydroglow Facial only
9:50 AM - Botox only
10:30 AM - Botox only
11:10 AM - Botox only

12:30 PM - Botox only
12:30 PM - Hydroglow Facial only
1:10 PM - Botox only
1:50 - Botox only
2:30 PM - Botox only
3:10 PM - Botox only

3:50 PM - Botox only
3:50 PM - Hydroglow Facial only
4:30 PM - Botox only
4:30 PM - Hydroglow Facial only

Please note if you haven't paid the reservation fee or purchased an event ticket, your time slot IS NOT BOOKED.
This allows you to customize your experience for the Pampering & Self-Care Day!
There is NO additional fee to book a time slot, once you have paid your reservation fee.
If you are more than 10 minutes late for your reserved time slot, you forfeit your $10/$25 reservation fee and NO REFUND will be given.
Please arrive 10 minutes early for your picked time slot.
